Product Description
Product Overview

The KYDZ 5M Tool is a 2-in-1 programmer set supporting both MQB and MLB key systems. It is designed for key generation and coding on a wide range of Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Skoda, and Seat vehicles.

The programmer supports MLB and MQB keys. The data required for the precoding process is read from the original key. One KYDZ token is required to read the data, while key coding itself does not require tokens.

Key Features
  • Dual-system support for both MLB and MQB keys
  • Precoding data is read directly from the original key
  • 1 KYDZ token required to read data; no tokens required for key coding
  • MQB keys can be coded without removing the speedometer
  • Supports VDD, VDO, and Johnson Control (Virtual Cockpit) systems
  • Compatible only with original, unlocked, and KYDZ remotes

Operating Procedure
  1. Open the original key shell and remove the machine chip (QFN44).
  2. Place the chip into the adapter or solder it onto the adapter board (as shown in the pictures).
  3. Click "Calculate Data." Each calculation requires 1 token, and the KYDZ MLB tool will connect to the server to calculate the key data.
  4. Note the service ID, place a new original MLB key in the KYDZ programmer, and generate the dealer key.
  5. Bring the computer to the car (or use a Lonsdor K518 programmer), keep the Wi-Fi connection active, and use the 5C OBD cable to learn the new keys. The process is then complete.

The programmer is only compatible with original, unlocked, and KYDZ remotes.
